Eleven Hungarian Businesses Participated in the Fifth Manufacturers Mentoring Programme

2026/04/29

Creative Hungary’s fifth Manufacturers Mentoring Programme has successfully concluded, providing professional development opportunities for Hungarian creative industry manufacturers over three months. This edition marked a new chapter in the history of the programme since, alongside fashion and design industry businesses, companies from the beauty and gaming industries also had the possibility to join the initiative.

Our manufacturing development programme supports the enhancement of production capacities of Hungarian creative industry players, prepares them for entry into international markets, and contributes to their long-term competitiveness.

The three-month programme featured both online and in-person workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions. Participating creative industry manufacturers gained comprehensive insights into current trends shaping manufacturing and business processes, along with an overview of the most important development areas within their operations, guided by domestic experts. The programme covered the applications of AI in the sector, intellectual property rights, the role of technology and sustainable innovations, and the latest directions in brand communication and online marketing. The workshops paid special attention to collaborations between manufacturers and designers and points of connection between various players in the creative industry value chain.

The mentoring programme offered participating manufacturers the opportunity to evaluate their operations based on professional feedback and to acquire practical tools that support the development of their manufacturing processes and market presence. In addition, group workshops and individual consultations fostered professional dialogue among businesses from various sectors, laying the groundwork for new connections and collaborative opportunities.

We evaluated the applications received for the competition with an advisory board of industry professionals. During the selection process, the board considered the innovation plans, market potential, and sustainability and development goals of the businesses. Based on the jury’s decision, eleven Hungarian enterprises were selected to participate in the programme.

The mentees represented a wide range of industries. From the beauty industry, Adrienne Feller Cosmetics Ltd., the CREMEDIQ natural cosmetics brand of Pharma Sales Consulting Bt., the DRHAZI® brand of Hightech Natural Ltd., and Anna Harangvölgyi Skinnotech joined the programme. These companies possess significant expertise in the development of premium natural cosmetics, science-based skincare, and high-tech cosmetic innovation, with many of them already present in international markets.

From the fashion and accessories sector, the AGNESTOTH studio and Andrea Dormán’s by CONTOURS brand took part in the programme. The former is known for its uniquely embroidered, artistic bags and accessories, while the by CONTOURS brand’s portfolio features custom-made clothing, costumes, and sportswear collections. The sports equipment sector was represented by LANE5 Hungary Ltd., which has become known for developing and manufacturing technical apparel specialised for canoeing and kayaking, with its products already available across several European markets.

From the field of design and construction innovation, KRAUSZ High-Tech Stone Ltd. joined the group of mentored manufacturers, while from the furniture and interior design segment, MOA Woodman Ltd. took part in the programme—producing bespoke and serially manufactured furniture from reclaimed and naturally fallen timber—as well as Mediterrán Kerámia Ltd., which develops and manufactures custom porcelain stoneware surfaces and furniture.

The field of creative industry craft technologies was represented by Spin ’n’ Fox, which focuses on the development and manufacture of its own designed weaving and spinning tools. The company experiments with combining traditional textile-making techniques with modern technical solutions, with a special focus on minimising waste and using sustainable materials.

Following the conclusion of the programme, Creative Hungary will continue to place strong emphasis on strengthening the professional networks of its former mentee companies, as well as ensuring that participants remain regularly informed about domestic and international business opportunities, professional platforms, and industry initiatives.
