ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Ltd. develops, produces, and distributes premium natural cosmetics and aromatherapy products. Our products are based on natural active ingredients, herbal traditions, and the results of modern cosmetic science. In addition to our manufacturing and retail operations, we also promote a conscious and health-centred mindset by providing professional training and educational workshops.
You have two brands; in which aspects are they the same, and what are the differences?
Both the Panarom and ADRIENNE FELLER brands are built on the power of nature, the use of pure essences, and an approach that supports long-term health. Panarom focuses on aromatherapy and essential oils, while ADRIENNE FELLER represents a ritual-based premium cosmetic solution with a longevity mindset.
What makes your products unique?
Our products are rooted in 35 years of professional expertise and a family heritage of herbal medicine. ADRIENNE FELLER cosmetics combine the unique plant and mineral resources of the Carpathian Basin – Hungarian thermal water, medicinal mud, the proprietary PANNONESSENCE herbal complex and the power of essential oils – with modern cosmetic science. On the other hand, Panarom’s products represent the traditions of French and English aromatherapy, supporting the everyday well-being of the entire family through the use of pure essential oils and plant-based oils.
What are you most proud of since the establishment of the company?
We are most proud of having built our brands for over three and a half decades in a consistent and uncompromising way, grounded in respect for people and nature, quality, and professional integrity. We are also proud to have developed a unique system that helps people create harmony in their lives and within their families in today’s world full of challenges through our products and educational activities.
How is sustainability reflected in your manufacturing activities?
We place strong emphasis on sustainable packaging solutions. We prioritise recyclable packaging materials, and where plastic packaging is necessary, we select options that include recycled materials wherever possible (for instance, in the case of tubes). We consciously avoid excessive packaging, so we do not use protective wrapping, and in our primary logistics processes, we rely on reusable containers, packaging only the necessary quantity of products into outer cartons.
We are committed to cruelty-free production; all of our products are made accordingly.
How would you position ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics in the domestic and European markets?
In Hungary, we are a leading player in the market for premium-quality natural cosmetics and aromatherapy products developed and manufactured in-house. Through our distribution network, our products are available in the neighbouring countries as well, and it is possible to place orders through our online store from the entire European Union. Our strategic goal is to strengthen our position in the European market and increase our brand’s international recognition.
Why did you apply for the mentoring programme?
Our primary objective was to prepare for international expansion and professionally develop our internal business operations.
In your opinion, how did the mentoring programme help you the most?
The programme provided extensive support in strategic thinking and re-evaluating the processes required for entering international markets. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the highly knowledgeable speakers from each field for their assistance!
What are your future plans?
Our plans include further consolidating our domestic position, refining our operational processes, and consciously preparing for and implementing international expansion.
