The Eneh Chair, crafted from solid wood, is defined by geometric clarity and refined surfaces. Inspired by the lightness and elegant curves of traditional Hungarian peasant wagons, its form balances structural stability with a subtle sense of movement.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
David Ligeti
Coming from a lineage of craftsmen and designers, his great-grandfather was a cartwright, his grandfathers were mason and engineer, and his parents were architects. He obtained degrees in architectural technology, architecture, and engineering economics in Copenhagen and Budapest. His work explores the relationship between construction, material logic, and design, principles reflected in the furniture piece presented in this exhibition.

Eneh chair
The Eneh chair is a refined, minimalist wooden chair defined by the interplay of geometric structure and organic expression, with finely crafted surfaces that highlight the expressive power of solid wood. Its design rhythm balances straight and curved forms: conveying discipline while the curves create a subtle, continuous sense of movement. The chair embodies a harmony between structure and softness, reflecting the dialogue between human touch and nature.
