KAMAY KO

THE BRAND

Kamay Ko was founded by Noémi Sziládi in January 2020 in Budapest, with the vision of creating a brand where the main focus is on creativity and the people around us. The visual world of our collections is always inspired by current events, giving every Kamay Ko product its own story, unique, meaningful, and representative of a story. The main source of inspiration is the people for whom the products are made.

The brand believes in livable sustainability, in the idea that sustainability is a lifestyle. In this more conscious way of living, Kamay Ko helps its customers with its clothing and lifestyle products. Diversity is important to us, and we stay true to our sustainable principles, which are reflected in our use of innovative materials and our commitment to quality.

THE COLLECTION

For Autumn/Winter 2026/27, Kamay Ko unveils Nonna Club, a collection inspired by the personal memories of Kamay Ko’s founder and designer, Noémi Sziládi from Budapest, Hungary. The collection invites us to slow down and step into a world shaped by memory, domestic rituals, and the faded beauty of post-socialist life. It’s a love letter to 1990s Eastern Europe, when Sunday lunch at Grandma’s was the highlight of the week, the scent of chicken soup filled the air, the radio played softly in the background, and lace tablecloths were laid with care.

The collection gently romanticizes the everyday objects and interiors of that era, patterned carpets, wallpapered hallways, porcelain details, reimagining them through a modern, sentimental lens. These iconic elements come to life in hand-drawn prints and silk scarves throughout the collection. The campaign was photographed in the OKISZ building, one of Budapest’s most iconic socialist-era landmarks, grounding the visuals in the architecture and atmosphere of the time, and deepening the connection between memory, place, and identity. All patterns in Nonna Club are hand-drawn by Noémi, inspired directly by textures and motifs from her grandmother’s flat. Like flipping through an old photo album, each piece captures the emotional imprint of a moment: worn furniture, dusty florals, muted tones, familiar warmth. The collection is produced using only sustainable, natural materials, including lace that evokes vintage home textiles and carpets. Fabrics are responsibly sourced from Como, Italy, as well as Croatia and Slovakia, reinforcing Kamay Ko’s commitment to thoughtful production and material transparency
