In its operation, the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) continuously monitors market needs and professional changes and optimises its programs accordingly. As a result, by merging the previous Young Talents and Hungarian Mentoring Programmes, it created the Talents Mentoring Programme in November 2022, which awaits talented young candidates from the side of fashion and design as well, in line with international trends. The new program’s aim is that the chosen fashion and product designers, who are at the beginning of their careers, can develop their skills in the brand and career building, sustainability, and innovation through the mentoring program, and get support in orientating in the dimensions of business life.
