Budapest Select’s Hungarian fashion and accessories brands showcased at the TRANOÏ trade fair, a premier B2B platform of Paris Fashion Week, attracting significant international professional interest. The collective appearance organised by Creative Hungary aimed to support the international market entry of brands with export potential and to lay the foundations for new business relationships.
Held in the historic Palais Brongniart, the event is a key business meeting point during fashion week, enabling design-led premium and contemporary brands to connect with international commercial partners. The four-day trade fair brought together over 180 brands from all around the world, providing a curated overview of current trends in the ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle segments.
In the collective show, ten exportable Hungarian brands unveiled their AW26/27 collections. Resellers, distributors, journalists, and industry decision-makers gathered around the Budapest Select stand, with visitors representing almost every continent: In addition to Europe, industry professionals came from Asia, the Americas and Africa. During the four-day event, several business meetings were held, the collections generated lively interest, and several negotiations were initiated on-site, set to continue in the coming months.
In the ready-to-wear segment, AANRO, KAMAYKO, KATA SZEGEDI, NUBU, PRINTA, and THEFOUR represented the diversity of contemporary Hungarian fashion. In the accessories category, EVA REMENYI and MALNA JEWELLERY jewellery brands, METAMORPH, a designer of customised eyeglass frames, and KARMA GLOVES, a brand that combines traditional artisanal knowledge with premium positioning, presented their collections.
In addition to the TRANOÏ trade fair, NUBU was present at Paris Fashion Week with its own showroom, displaying its AW26/27 collection to international partners. During the business days of Paris Fashion Week, the brand engaged with the professional audience across two platforms, further strengthening its international presence and networking opportunities.
