Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW) is returning with its seventeenth edition from 9 to 15 February 2026. The event series, organised by Creative Hungary (formerly the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency), turns the entire capital into a vibrant fashion scene with numerous fashion-themed events taking place across the city alongside the main runway shows. Participate in this inspiring cavalcade and join the region’s leading fashion event with your side event. You can apply with discounted shopping offers, pop-ups, workshops, exhibitions, special evenings, and unique showcases until 8 January.
BCEFW has become one of the main fashion events in Central Europe. During Fashion Week, visitors can admire the latest pieces by Hungarian and regional designers not only at catwalk shows but also throughout the city, where countless special programmes invite fashion enthusiasts to explore the industry more closely. Budapest’s distinctive atmosphere at this time is primarily thanks to the accompanying programmes.
We are once again looking for events that will bring new colour and new energy to the city — whether an exclusive shopping evening, a charity initiative, or a professional workshop offering a behind-the-scenes experience. The key is for these events to bring brands closer to customers, industry professionals, and the wider public alike.
You can apply with any concept, taking place between 9–15 February 2026 — whether open to the public or invitation-only, online or in person — as long as it aligns with the spirit of Fashion Week. Although Partners organise the side events, BCEFW’s communication team will provide marketing and PR support. The event’s official website and social media platforms will feature the programmes, and a dedicated Fashion Map will further enhance the participating brands’ visibility and presence for local and international audiences.
